DISHA (Digital Intelligence System for IITH Advancement) is an initiative to rethink IIT Hyderabad’s fragmented digital ecosystem into a unified, scalable and user-centered academic operating system.

I contributed to the redesign of the Faculty Portal by studying existing workflows, conducting user research, restructuring information architecture and establishing UX principles and design-system foundations for a more consistent digital experience.
