KeyLock is a speculative hardware concept that introduces physical friction into smartphone interactions to disrupt habitual doomscrolling. Through user research, competitive analysis, interaction exploration, and Arduino prototyping, I explored how a tangible intervention could turn an automatic digital habit into a conscious decision.
